Father; not my will, but, your will be done! God is Righteous and Just. When humanity sinned He could have allowed humanity to die; the consequence of disobeying God is death. God so loved his created beings, us, that He sent His Son to die instead of us. Jesus the Son of God, in human form, was overwhelmed by the weight of our sins but, nevertheless He obediently carried out the will of His Father. The final death will pass over you because you have chosen to accept Jesus as your personal Saviour from sin and, because He carried out the will of His Father you can look forward to eternal life in their Kingdom.
