Just wanted to remind everyone about World Mental Health Day on 10th October. During the team’s initial presentation on mental health we talked about the fact that ‘ just like physical health, we all have mental health’.

This means we all need to be intentional about self care and take steps to support our well being. I have included the self care wheel below.

Please review the diagram and continue to take active steps today and always to look after you, as well as others.
