He Ain’t Heavy, He Is My Brother

Good day,
Today, if you see or hear of a brother or sister who has fallen, don’t make it a story make it a prayer point. If someone is struggling with an addiction (and addiction is not limited to drugs or sexual sin but it could be Ticktock, social media, or anything that controls the heart), don’t become the belt of a slave master. Point out the sin with love, and show them the path to deliverance: Isaiah 1:18, John 8:33–36.
Cry with people. This is a season where sadness falls like winter rain. But as you cry, remind them of Psalm 30:5
“Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning.”
And that morning is coming on this pilgrim’s journey—when Jesus shall wipe away every tear.
Enlighten someone today. There is no safer place from storms, wild beasts, thieves, or the harsh elements than in the Rock of Ages.
Have a Christ centred day.
