Good day,
Two of the most hardest sentences to say and actually mean them are “I am sorry” and “I forgive you “. Many persons would rather die than apologise, they can’t find it in themselves to say I am sorry… Some go to their graves with this saying wrapped up in their hearts “ I will forgive. But I wont forget”. Sadly unforgiveness is fostered and damages the body mentally, Spiritually and physically.
Jesus, being the Healer and knows what’s best, recommends as often as is necessary to forgive your brother or sister for it set everyone free (you and the person).
Those old habits, those hard hearts is for the past, stay in the present/presence of Jesus and those two sayings once so hard to say will come naturally if needed.
