Theme: The Solid Rock.

Introduction
“When He shall stand with trumpet sound, oh, may I then in Him be found, clothed in His righteousness alone, Redeemed to stand before His throne! Oh, on Christ, the solid rock, I stand; all other ground is sinking sand.

Sunday
So this is what the Sovereign Lord says: “See, I lay a stone in Zion, a tested stone, a precious cornerstone for a sure foundation; the one who trusts will never be dismayed.
Isaiah 28:16.

Monday
I love you, O Lord, my strength.
The Lord is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge. He is my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.
Psalm 18:1-2.

Tuesday
There is no-one holy like the Lord; there is no-one besides you; there is no Rock like our Lord.
1 Samuel 2:2

Wednesday
“But what about you?” he asked. “Who do you say I am?”
Simon Peter answered, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.”
Jesus replied, Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah, for this was not revealed to you by man, but my Father in heaven. And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it.

Thursday
“Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock.
Matthew 7:24.

Friday
“Why do you call me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ and do
not do what I say? I will show you what he is like who comes to me and hears my words and puts them into practice. He is like a man building a house, who dug down deep and laid the foundation on rock. When the flood came, the torrent struck that house but could not shake it, because it was well built.
Luke 6:46-48.

Saturday
For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ.
1 Cor 3:11.

Ephesians 2:20.
Built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus himself as the chief cornerstone.

Conclusion
Make Jesus the chief cornerstone in your life. Just knowing about the Rock of Ages is not good enough.
God wants to love us into His eternal Kingdom and His love for us is far greater than satan’s design to trap us into unbelief and hell.
